2. Pre-Production & Logistics

The Action: We confirm the booking.
My Part: For E-Commerce, you ship products to the studio. For On-Site, we coordinate safety protocols and site access. We build a specific shot list so we don’t miss a thing.
The Goal: We measure twice so we only have to shoot once.

3. The Shoot (Production)

The Action: Lights, Camera, Action.
My Part: I execute the shot list using high-end commercial lighting. Whether styling SKUs in the studio or working around your crew on-site, I capture visuals that match your brand guidelines.
The Goal: High-impact visuals, delivered efficiently.

4. Delivery & Support

The Action: You receive a private download link.
My Part: Images are delivered fully retouched and formatted for your specific needs (Amazon, Web, Print).
The Goal: You download your assets and put them to work immediately.

Do you charge per image or per day?

It depends on the project type. For E-Commerce and Product catalogs, I charge per image so costs are predictable and scalable. For Architectural, Industrial, or Creative campaigns that require being on-location or building complex sets, I charge a Day/Half-Day Rate to account for the time and production value involved.

Do I really own the images after the shoot?

Yes. You receive Unlimited Commercial Usage Rights for your business. This means you can use the images on your website, Amazon listing, social media ads, and packaging without paying recurring royalty fees.

I’m not in Kelowna. How does the “Ship-to-Studio” process work?

It’s simple. You courier your products to my studio. I confirm arrival, shoot the project, and send you a digital gallery to review. Once approved, I ship your products back using your preferred carrier. I serve clients from Vancouver to Calgary this way regularly.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Most e-commerce projects are delivered within 5–7 business days of product arrival. Complex creative campaigns or large industrial site documentation may take longer, which will be outlined in your proposal. Rush delivery is available upon request.

Are lifestyle photos included in your product photography pricing?

Rarely. Usually a location and model have to be secured which is treated as a completely different photo session than the in studio shots. However, I can definitely coordinate and quote this for you as a custom project.

Can you shoot oversized or industrial products?

Yes. For products too large to ship (machinery, vehicles, building materials), I come to you. I am fully equipped for on-location photography throughout the Okanagan and Western Canada to capture your team and inventory in their natural environment.
