I’m not very good with computers. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That’s exactly who this is for. We start wherever you are, and nothing is too basic to ask.
Do I need to have the latest versions of Lightroom or Photoshop?
Not necessary. We focus on getting the job done with the tools at hand, instead of buying or upgrading software.
How much do Lightroom lessons cost in Kelowna?
$85 per hour, one-on-one, at your home or a café that suits you. I’ll estimate how many sessions your project needs up front, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer Lightroom lessons in West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, or Penticton?
Yes. Travel is included in Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Lake Country. I also come to Vernon and Penticton, with a 2-hour minimum session.
Can my partner sit in?
Absolutely. Some people like having a partner or family member involved, others prefer to learn on their own. Either is fine.
Can you recover photos from a hard drive that has stopped working?
I can help you find photos that are misplaced or buried on your computer and drives. If a drive has physically failed, that needs a data recovery specialist, and I’ll tell you honestly if that’s what’s going on.
What if I only have prints and slides?
We can start with whatever you have. I can scan photos only. Pricing varies depending on volume.
